Architectural practice specialized in commercial- and industrial-buildings. Our practice works as a general planner and offers our customers a network of landscape architects, civil engineers of all trades, land surveyors, ground surveyors and fire security engineers in order to achieve the highest quality standards for their development.

This integrated approach offers the customer from the acquisition of a property to the supervision of the building process an extensive range of services, coordinated by our office. A successful project management is our aim.

The base of our work is a long-standing experience with the design and project management of commercial- and industrial-buildings. In order to optimize the workflow between planners, clients and general contractors we developed our own Internet based drawing- and document server.

BUSSE & GEITNER Planungsgesellschaft mbH has, since the establishment as a limited company in 1999, developed and supervised more than 250.000 sq.m. of floor space with building costs exceeding 50 million Euro. Together with our sister offices in Duesseldorf the client can rely on a team of more than 25 architects and engineers.

BUSSE & GEITNER Planungsgesellschaft mbH has been established in Berlin as a branch of BUSSE & GEITNER Architekten in 1992 after the German reunification and the extensive challenges in regard to architectural services in East Germany and was lead by Joerg Scholl as a branch manager.

Initially we concentrated on building bank branches and dwellings throughout East Germany. Due to strong demand by our clients we specialized in the following years in commercial- and industrial-buildings.

In 1999 the branch became an independent office with Volker Busse and Joerg Scholl as executive directors.

Besides our strong position in Germany we have developed buildings in Sweden, Scotland, France and Ireland. The new focus of the practice now lies on the Irish market.
